110. Anyone who contravenes section 46 or 47, the second paragraph of section 48, or section 49 or 62 commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $1,000 to $100,000 in the case of a natural person and $3,000 to $600,000 in any other case.

110. Every person who fails to comply with an order issued under section 13, 14, 15 or 17 is liable
(1)  in the case of a natural person, to a fine of not less than $3,000 nor more than $30,000 or to imprisonment for not more than 6 months or to both the imprisonment and the fine, notwithstanding article 231 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1);
(2)  in other cases, to a fine of not less than $6,000 nor more than $60,000.
